The Soul Mate by Kendall Ryan is the fourth book in her latest series,
Roommates
. In keeping with the overall feel of this series it is funny, sexy, and just that little bit angsty to get all your emotions out for a good exercise. Nothing too strenuous, just a feel-good workout.
Mason and Bren are two opposites when it comes to relationships and love. Which is why it never went anywhere, but when she shows up pregnant and her OB is none other than Mason - well - I do believe the fates may have had a hand in this second chance.
Well-paced and well-written, this is one of my favorites of this series - The awkwardness of their second meet-cute is wonderful. The feelings are palpable and the story is endearing. Enjoy!
